All products sold by Yeshu are imitation jewellery.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to incorrect pricing, unavailability, or fraudulent activity).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days and delivered in 5–7 business days (depending on location and courier timelines).

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural causes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements

Refunds are not applicable. Replacement only.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage/incorrect item.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons), custom products, and used jewellery are not eligible for return.
